1 - On - 1 Personal Training

1 hour: $125

As your personal trainer, I am delighted to be part of your fitness journey! From the assessment you performed in our first session, the data collected helps shape your tailored "program design". Whether losing weight, gaining strength, improving overall fitness, or simply adopting a healthier lifestyle, your One on One session will be detailed to your goals and needs. Each session lasts for 60 minutes and includes: Warm - up, Resistance Training and Cool Down.

Training Packages: 12 sessions = $1,500

        If Paid up Front: $1,375 (one free session)

Cancellations 24 Hours in advance = No Charge

Cancellations Less Than 24 Hours = $62.50

Nutritional Coach (Monthly)

4 hours: $200

You've often heard the sayings "You are what you eat", "Abs are made in the Kitchen", and  "Its 80% nutrition and 20% resistance training". All three are pretty accurate. Nutrition feeds the body on many levels. Energy, hormonal, mental, spiritual and even the very fabric of our being, DNA. You can't operate a car without gas. Same can be said about the relation of the human body without proper nutrition.

As your nutritional coach,  I would get your BMI and BMR to help create a tailored made nutritional guide for you. This includes two meal plans for one month at a time (weeks 1 and 2, then week 3 and 4). This keeps the body guessing and challenges homeostasis. You would also be given a "Supplement Guide" that will list supplements to take along with your meal plan(optional). This is preferred to help aid your fitness and nutritional goals and its FREE!

Contest Prep (Monthly)

4 hours: $200

Looking to create the BEST version of yourself and grace the competition stage? I would love to help you. As a NPC competitor myself (since 2013), I look forward on helping you on a 4 week to 12 week prep to create the best version of yourself. I will provide you with the necessary support along the way. No matter the phase you are in, "Bulking" or "Shredding" for a show, we are in this TOGETHER!

You will have a step by step, day by day meal plan and workout plan. These are written to allow your body to "peak" at the best opportune time throughout this process. A supplement guide will be given to you each week (FREE), to help aid your goals within the process. Progress photos will be due every Saturday morning, in order to receive the newest meal plan. Posing coaches on our team will be able to assist you with posing practice, this does come with additional costs of the workshop. We also have relationships with judges and show promoters, and would be able to get you great feedback from the panel.

If you need 1 - on - 1 training while being given the "blueprint" for your workouts, its an additional $125/hr for each session that is 1 - on - 1.

 

Online Personal Training (Monthly)

4 hours: $200

This is a very special package. This is for that advanced fitness person, who has a basic understanding of training, but not quite sure of HOW to break past plateaus. Those who know how to eat healthy, but not how to diet specifically for "gains" or "weight loss". As your personal trainer and nutritionist, I am delighted to be part of this journey with you.

I will provide the highest level of support, guidance, and expertise throughout our journey together. The meal plan and training plan you will be receiving is tailored to your unique preferences, requirements and objectives. With a total of two meal plans per month (weeks 1 and 2, then weeks 3 and 4), challenging homeostasis together is key. The workout plan will be constructed based on your goals as well as corrective exercises to help with any preexisting injuries. The training program will last throughout the entire month.
